The Holy Father has appointed Bishop Arthur Serratelli, Bishop of the Diocese of Paterson, Oct. 28 as a member of the Vatican Congregation for Divine Worship and the Discipline of the Sacraments. Bishop Serratelli, a member of the New Jersey province of bishops, has extensive experience in studying, revising and preparing liturgical texts, including the revision and publication of the 3rd Edition of the Roman Missal, currently used at all English language Masses throughout the world. He has also served in many committees of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. Congratulations and best wishes, Bishop Serratelli!
