St. David the King Church
1 New Village Road
Diocesan leaders and ministry coordinators will have a unique opportunity Oct. 6 to learn about FORMED, a Catholic resource for evangelization and faith formation, during the FORMED Diocesan Evangelization Conference.
Registration is open until Sept. 29 for the day-long event, which will be held in St. David the King Parish, 1 New Village Road, Princeton Junction, and is sponsored by the diocesan Department of Catechesis. An 8:30 a.m. Mass celebrated by Father Timothy Capewell, St. David the King pastor, opens the conference, followed by talks, lunch and breakout sessions until 4 p.m. closing prayer.
FORMED, a production of The Augustine Institute, aims to provide digital Catholic educational resources to all who wish to be better formed in their faith. The diocesan conference is open to priests, deacons, catechetical leaders, coordinators of youth ministry, catechists, sacramental preparation leaders and key parish volunteers.
Participants must register through their parish, using a form provided to each pastor. For more information on the conference, contact Doreen Griffin-Gallway, 609-403-7144. To learn more about FORMED and The Augustine Institute, visit http://formed.org
